BBW Telecom has a proven management team with extensive experience in information technology, business management and communications related industries. 

Paul is regarded in the IT and business community as a leading architect in deploying wireless and communication infrastructure around Australia.

Paul Truscott started his IT career at GMR Computing (Management Technology) in 1991 as a sales and presales engineer.  He then moved on to work as a broadcast radio engineer before joining Computer Solutions.  At Computer Solutions Paul was a business development and sales manager.  Paul then joined Computerland as State Customer Service Manager where he was responsible for 25 employees around Tasmania. He also negotiated, implemented and managed one of the largest IT outsourcing contracts in Tasmanian history. 

Paul co-founded BBW Telecom and has acted as Managing Director since its inception.

Paul's responsibilities include business and technical strategy, business development and operations management.

Geoff Young is recognised as one of Tasmania's leading business entrepreneurs with broad experience in identifying and nurturing new businesses.

Geoff Young started his career at Federal Hotels and advanced to the position of Executive Manager of Wrest Point Hotel Casino.  Geoff then secured the position of General Manager of the Hotel Australia in Melbourne. After 18 months there he opened the DarwinCasinoMindilBeach as General Manager and then the Perth International. In 1990 he started Tourism Brochure Exchange and Thrifty Car Rentals in Tasmania. Over the ensuing years the group grew to include TasVacations and in 1991 formed BBW Telecom with co-founders Paul Truscott and Michael Hampton.

Geoff Young is also the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for financial reporting, budgets, and capital investment.

Gus has provided professional services to leading companies in North America, Japan and Australia.  He has worked at Deloitte, Merrill Lynch and was a founding partner of a Silicon Valley boutique IT firm in the 1990s.  He was a Certified Public Accountant in California in the 1990s and is also a qualified lawyer in Australia.

Currently Gus is involved with special projects pertaining to development of broadband wireless infrastructure in Australia and developing new business initiatives.  Gus also acts as internal Legal Counsel and business advisor for BBW Telecom.

Michael is co-founder of BBW Telecom (BBW) and provides extensive experience in Government communication solutions.

His involvement in the IT industry began in the late 1980's when he introduced electronic billing into his transport business.  Michael was then contracted by the Tasmanian Department of Health and Human Services to assist with service and support of their growing LAN and WAN infrastructure.

Michael presently works for the Department of Health and Services for the Tasmania State Government. His role at DHS has included both technical and client services roles.

Michael's role at BBW is as a Director where he provides invaluable strategic guidance to BBW in areas of business development and technology strategies.

Kyle has a successful track record in developing innovative digital marketing solutions for some of the world's most dynamic and well known brands.

Kyle has worked with leading domestic and international technology marketing agencies including Grey Worldwide (Interactive), Clemmenger Interactive (BBDO), Spike Cyberworks / Arthur Andersen and 12Snap (UK) in senior business development and strategic consulting positions.

In 1992 Kyle graduated from the Australian Federation of Advertising (AFA) and RMIT Advertising programs.

Kyle is BBW's Commercial Development Manager specialising in next generation mobile, media and marketing technologies.

Chris has over 30 years experience in IT, covering both technical and management roles including 15 years for IBM.   Chris provides invaluable expertise in large and medium scale IT and communication implementations.

Chris is responsible for deploying solutions at client locations and technical development of BBW's telecommunication applications and infrastructure.

Jim has nearly ten years of technical experience in complex networks including corporate IT infrastructure, customer service and deployment of new hardware and software technologies.  Jim has worked at Computerland, Southern Internet Services and Tekmax before joining BBW Telecom in 2005.

As Network Manager for BBW Telecom Jim manages the Cisco powered network, Unix and Linux based servers and a wide range of wireless access systems and applications including communication traffic and diagnostics.
