Installation Costs

The Australian Broadband Guarantee Program has been put in place to assist the supply and take-up of broadband in all remaining broadband blackspots, both in metropolitan and rural Australia.

In order to qualify for Zero Cost Standard Satellite Installation at your premise you must:

1. Be eligible for the Australian Broadband Guarantee High Cost Incentive - $2750 (including GST);
2. Fall into one of the following groups:
   • Residential households
   • Small businesses (those with 20 or less full-time employees)
   • Indigenous Community Councils

NOTE: A standard satellite installation includes an 84cm satellite dish and a single story roof mount, and within 200km from a Registered Installation Depot. Additional costs may apply for a non-standard installation. i.e. If your premises requires a larger satellite dish and/or is higher than a single story.
