BBW strives to provide Customers with average data download and upload speeds of at least 60% of the service's specified peak or average speeds at least 75% of the time, as measured according to a prescribed ABG testing schedule for test computers located in different geographic regions and BBW acknowledges that it is a requirement that the Customer experience availability 99% of the time.

DCITA offers an independent data speed measuring facility which Customers should use to test the speed of their Australian Broadband Guarantee service. DCITA also performs its own data speed tests of BBW's Satellite Broadband service on a periodic basis. The data speed measuring test and the provider data speed testing are available from DCITA's website.

A Customer will be connected and supplied to the service within thirty calendar days of the date of order, once infrastructure is in place, except where:

(a) exceptional circumstances apply; or

(b) the Customer requests or agrees to a longer timeframe;

BBW will restore the service in the event of an outage for which BBW is responsible within two business days from the time of the outage, or if the site is within 100 Kms of major urban centres within a four hour time frame except where:

(a) exceptional circumstances apply;

(b) the Customer requests or agrees to a longer timeframe.
