BBW to Utilise Aurora's Fibre Network

Tasmanian based BBW Telecom shifts focus by leveraging Aurora's wholesale fibre infrastructure for the benefit of BBW Telecoms residential, corporate and government customers around the State.
BBW Telecom has secured access to the Tasmanian Government owned fibre network on a wholesale basis from Aurora and will be rolling out fibre solutions to its corporate and government customers immediately. Tasmanians will benefit from increased choice and wider availability of BBW Telecoms fibre solutions around the State.
This announcement is an important event in light of the recent announcements of the National Broadband Network plans for Tasmania which marks an exciting opportunity to change Tasmania's telecom infrastructure. Paul Truscott, Managing Director of BBW Telecom stated that "by combining new fibre solutions with existing wireless solutions BBW Telecom has the ability to deliver high speed broadband to all regions of the State on an unprecedented scale."
